Goals of the course

  • The purpose of this syllabus is to provide opportunities for participants to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to be effective fitness Instructors.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop, select and use various strategies available in promoting healthy fitness lifestyles among the youth.
  •  To provide assistance for the coaches of youth development programmes to improve the fitness levels of the course.


Objectives of the course.
  •  To improve the knowledge and competence of coaches and teachers so that they could contribute positively in the overall development of national squads and youth development programmes
  • To exchange ideas and experience
  • To enable those who are interested to become fitness instructors
